Project DESCRIPTION


The project DİGİTAL FUTURES aims at:

 

1. Fostering cross-cultural understanding and cooperation among youth workers from Lithuania, Greece, Romania and Cyprus by equipping them with the tools helping to strengthen the employability of young people.

2. Providing young people with the digital literacy skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in online careers.

3. Multiplying the project results to youth organisations and youth workers addressing youth employability within their daily activities through multiplier events in each partner country. 


During the project 4 international educational workshops will take place in each country and a guidebook for youth workers with best practices of each partner and a list of tools to be used by youth workers within their daily work with young people lacking digital literacy and online career skills will be prepared. The best practices and tools within the guidebook are divided into the topics: cyber security and cyber safety; digital reading and digital storytelling; media education, inclusive and entrepreneurial education; online entrepreneurship, social and creative economy.
